POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICIES:   

Unlike many other internet product stores, most of our products are in-stock.  This means that all items are usually shipped within 24 business hours of purchase. If we are not able to ship a product to you within 24 hours becuase we are out of the color you have selected (for example, it is on backorder from the manufacturer - unfortunately we have no control over those situations), we will notify you by email (be sure to enter a valid email address) or telephone. You then have the option to cancel the order at no cost to you, if you wish, or choose another color of the same product.                                                                           
We ship within the Continental United States using United States Postal Service so that all orders can be properly tracked. We use Priority Mail so your orders will get to you within usually 2-3 days after the shipment is done.  Upon submission of your order to the shopping cart, you will receive a notice, typically within the next 24-48 hours, indicating that your order has been shipped.

You can check the status of your order, once it is shipped, by logging onto www.usps.com and entering the tracking number we have sent you in the "shipment confirmation" email.
Important: Please note that when ordering on weekends or holidays items cannot be shipped until the following Monday. For example, if you ordered on Saturday morning, the order will most likely be processed on Monday, and you should receive it by Wednesday or Thursday.

Wholesale Orders Will be Shipped by Ground Shipping and will be charged to the Customer due to the volume discount that will be given to wholesale purchases.  Thank you.

RETURN POLICY:  

These are personal use items (Like a Q-tip) and cannot be returned once used. Burning a pack (Over Heating) or washing the pack in the machine is not covered.                                 However we stand behind our products 100%. Full replacement policy for any herbal pack is for 30 days covering any manufacturing defects.  Simply return the items purchased in its original packaging with your receipt (items must be post marked within one week of delivery date) and we will issue a full refund, less shipping costs.
