Why Herbal Heat Packs?                                              Because, the Doctor Recommends it

"Hello, I am Dr. Meral Elgendy,  a doctor of chiropractic. I have been in practice over 14 years and I have treated thousands of patients over the years. My  patients' conditions range from vertigo, headaches, neck, shoulder, and back pain, foot and knee pain, elbow pain and carpal tunnel syndrome, menstrual cramp pain, etc... Some of these conditions are the result of auto accidents, sports injuries, some are work related repetetive injuries and some are related to everyday stresses of life. No matter what the cause is, the end result is PAIN, and I am always looking for products that will benefit my patients' well being effectively and drug-free.

NaturalHeatPacks.com Herbal Heat Packs by HT provide aromatherapy, heat and cold therapies at their best.  Aromatherapy literally means the use of volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well being. Most experts claim that the ancient Egyptians were the first to practice aromatherapy. Ancient Egyptians recognized the physical and spiritual properties of these oils and used them in their daily lives. They also used heat therapy to promote healing.  Heat therapy increases blood circulation to the affected areas to promote healing.  Cold therapy is used to reduce edema and pain from a sports or any other activity injury to the soft tissues.

NaturalHeatPacks.com Herbal packs provide effective pain relief, naturally,     drug-free.  I recommend, use and sell these products to all my patients.  Everyone uses them and loves them, because they get relief from pain. Aroma that is released upon heating of the packs has relaxing and healing properties.  I recommend NaturalHeatPacks.com Herbal Packs to everyone with pain and want natural, drug-free pain relief ."

Thank you.
Dr. Elgendy

Yarrow-promotes healing                     HERBS                                         There are 12 different herbs that make up our  herbal heat packs.  Each one has a special effect on the body and soul.

Lavender-Relieves Headaches, Calming & SoothingAromatherapy (as it may sound) involves the inhalation of various smells, or aromas. These aromas are held in the essential oils. What actually happens when one inhales various aromas is actually more complex than one may think.

Chamomile-Calming & RelaxingThe brain registers aroma twice as fast as it does pain. This is why the inhalation of aromas can so powerfully transform one's emotions. Smell is the only sense that bypasses the blood-barrier to the central nervous system. Through the olfactory system, essential oil molecules have direct access to the limbic area of the brain (the center of emotions and memory). Therefore various aromas are thought to be associated with one's emotions.

Flexseed-used as heating elementAnother way these herbal heat packs work is that the heat from the packs opens the pores of the skin, allowing (transdermally) the healing properties of these herbs to go through the pores, going around the muscles, tissues, and nerve endings, creating a barrier to stop the pain and relax the muscles, and the body. You will feel the pain and stress disappear and the magic work as you place the pack on the body.   We only use 100% Natural Herbs to provide optimum benefits of aromatherapy.  We went even further to bring the best product to you by  combining hot and cold to this process. It has been shown that the use of heat and cold therapies are beneficial in many ailments that cause pain and stress.  These herbal heat packs are weighed to make sure they apply just the right pressure to those muscles to work out the muscle knots in your body.

How To Use The World's Best Herbal Heat Packs

To Use As a Heat Pack:

Neck & Shoulder Pain---Use Herbal Heat Packs!Place the herb pack in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. If the microwave does not have a turntable, flip the herb pack over half way through the heating process to avoid burning. Each microwave provides heat differently. To avoid burning the herb pack, it is necessary to check the herb pack every 30 seconds while it is heating.  Check to see if it is hot enough; if not, heat it for another 30 seconds until you get the desired heat. Super mint packs should only be heated for 10 seconds, to avoid burning of the mint found inside.
For moist heat, mist the herb pack with water before heating it. Misting also increases the life of the herbs by preserving freshness. To reheat, place the herb pack in the microwave and heat it for about 30 to 40 seconds.
If you don't have a microwave you can heat the herb pack in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°; wrap the herb pack in foil, heat for approximately 15 minutes.

To Use As a Cold Pack:

Place the herb pack in a plastic Ziploc bag and put in the freezer for I to 2 hours. The herb pack will stay cold, dry and flexible for approximately 30 minutes.

To Preserve Freshness:

Place herb pack in a plastic bag in the freezer when not using it.

To Clean Your Herbal Heat Packs:

Wipe the herb pack with a damp cloth and lay flat to dry.  Our Aromatherapy Herbal Packs provide a soothing and deep penetrating relief, which can be used hot, or cold. Our herb packs are designed and built to fit perfectly around the afflicted area.
